As a woman I've been to plenty of shops that talk down to me and try to take advantage of me because they feel that they can get away with it. I have never once felt that way here. I had taken my car into to get checked recently because I thought I had heard something and wanted to be safe. I dropped it off right away in the morning and was surprised when they called me about an hour or two later letting me know they had more than one person look at it and they couldn't find anything and explained reasons why that sound could have been happening. Like I said, they're honest. The prices are very fair too. “Traveling back from Madison and my tire pressure alert came on. I was losing air pressure in back tire and was thankful to find Mills automotive. They were so kind and helpful. Tire couldn’t be patched as a large chunk of metal cut a big slit in the tire. Knowing nothing about cars, the mechanic informs me that I should have a “ key”/ tool to remove the lugnuts as they were locked. I had no knowledge of where this would be. Again the lady helping me searched as I called my Ford Dealer and she eventually found what we needed. The mechanic quickly put on my little spare tire and had me back on my way. I was very grateful for their kindness and immediate help. Highly recommend!”
