I just checked in after a long day of work and travel, and had the best service from your front desk attendant. She was so welcoming and smiling from ear to ear when I arrived. She took the time to chat with me and made my check in so easy after a long day. Coming from someone who works in perfecting the guest experience I would rate her customer service a 10! Very nice hotel. Very Clean rooms, not just a face lift like some other hotels. Beds are comfortable and the staff are very nice and helpful! I stay there every time I'm traveling in that area...

Rooms: Clean, new, modern
Safety: No complaints. Very new and clean.
Food & drinks: Keurig and mini fridge in room. Hot breakfast. I was very happy.

Breakfast no type of meat. Had biscuits and gravy, egg omelette. Waffle maker would be nice. The stay was great no other room for improvements. Recommend. Very clean and nice service. Coming back in June.

We spent the weekend in Whitewater. A nice, clean hotel on Main Street. The offer basic breakfast items in the morning. Restaurants, stores, and the Whitewater Campus, are just a short distance away. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Sam at the front desk. Sam was super kind and welcoming. Not always a given nowadays. Sam should get a raise! The room and entire complex was very clean! Breakfast was surprisingly good and the dining area was very tidy. Will definitely stay again when in town. Thank you!

The hotel room was comfortable, well maintained facilities and friendly service. It's reasonable walking distance to downtown and easy walking distance to campus. Its a clear notch above the others in town.

Location was good, well lit, in a quiet area, and easily located. The service was great, the clerk at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful, not only in getting us into our room, but also suggesting a very good place to eat us and providing us with directions. While the room and bed were comfortable enough, we had quite a number of ants crawling around various areas; I know that some things are not necessarily the fault of the hotel, ot was something that anyone would be okay with. The breakfast was fair, it was from frozen, prepackaged bags, with very few low/no carb options. Overall, the stay was good, with only a few negative things to mention.Nearby activities: Most of the town stores didn't/don't open until later in the day.

Ok Hotel. Doors slam harder than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it’s obnoxious throughout the night. Breakfast was ok at best, although it looked nice. Room was nice but very small. Staff was only thing I really liked about this hotel.
