“I initially inquired online about a used Ford F150 on their lot and began working with Shane through the process. I took the truck for a quick test drive on a Saturday while we were in Whitewater for a football game and negotiated a few items while offering to come back Monday to purchase the truck. Unfortunately on Monday when I drove the truck again a few issues popped up which they, of course, offered to fix. They allowed me to have a third party inspect the truck and fixed an additional issue (intake manifold) after the check engine light came on when I was taking the truck to the third party. Ultimately I purchased the truck after I felt everything had been addressed. Not all five-star ratings mean perfection, bit the fact that the dealership was flexible and willing to work hard to earn my business made it a five-star experience.”
“I was on a camping trip 200 miles from home and pulling a camper and my check engine light came on right outside of Whitewater. I quick googled auto shops and they were closest. Boy am I glad of that! They diagnosed the issue and ordered the part and got me in the next day (it was late afternoon when I pulled in). Super friendly and knowledgeable team. They totally saved my vacation and I am so grateful! If I lived here they would be my go to shop, no question. Very affordable too.”

“Traveling back from Madison and my tire pressure alert came on. I was losing air pressure in back tire and was thankful to find Mills automotive. They were so kind and helpful. Tire couldn’t be patched as a large chunk of metal cut a big slit in the tire. Knowing nothing about cars, the mechanic informs me that I should have a “ key”/ tool to remove the lugnuts as they were locked. I had no knowledge of where this would be. Again the lady helping me searched as I called my Ford Dealer and she eventually found what we needed. The mechanic quickly put on my little spare tire and had me back on my way. I was very grateful for their kindness and immediate help. Highly recommend!”
