“After hitting a deer we decided to work with VAB for repairs. Let me start by saying working with Jordan was a wonderful experience, never having to do an insurance claim he helped so much and had wonderful communication with not only us but with the agent. Jordan was honest right from the start and explained to us that some things are on back order and may take longer, we told him when we would need the truck back and he made that deadline. During the time the truck was in for repairs when we called for an update Jordan was knowledgeable and able to tell us. When we picked up the truck Jordan was honest with us and explained something’s to us very well and had such a positive attitude. Even tho we waited over a month the wait was so worth it! I recommend them to anyone!”
“I was wanting to change over to a car repair place closer to home, since I've moved to Brillion. J&J's was highly recommended to me and I was even scoffed at when I described the vehicle issues to the recommending person - told me KC can fix it all, he knows his "stuff", can fix anything , and that they bring all the work vehicles there. Well, I now have a 20 yo working truck again! ✨ I suppose that was my "test vehicle" to bring in before I bring in the others. “I was skeptical at first because I could not get a firm price on doing a wheel alignment. I think Chris was just trying to be sure I knew that if the job was more involved related to further complications like damage and rust, that the price could be higher than the base price 80. I stayed for the service and Chris took the time to show me the results on the computer while on the lift and explained things. There were no complications, so it cost the 80 plus shop fees and tax. It took a whole hour with the 2 test drive. Thanks.”
“I took a lengthy driving trip recently and I wanted to have my headlights cleaned up and buffed for that bit of added safety. I spoke with Scott, made an appointment for the following day and both lights were cleared after a short wait and a very reasonable fee. When I can swing some spa time for my little dinged up car (she's a trooper) I'll take her to Scott and company for a complete do-over. Scott's Custom Body is a terrific shop: delightful personnel, professional in every detail, organized and spotless work area. 5+ Stars!!”
