My mother passed away in May 2023. She lived in Hawthorne, California and I lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I was her trustee; thereby, timely fiduciary actions were warranted. PNC demonstrated empathy, professionalism and with-it-ness during the process of handing her accounts expeditiously.

Erin and Lexi were both so helpful today! I am not very educated when it comes to credit and they are helping me out of an unusual situation that I unintentionally put myself in regarding my credit report. I feel much more at ease now and am hopeful by next year things will be looking better for me thanks to their help and guidance.

The atm rarely works. Also, they flash messages about covid and safety on it constantly, yet the atm screen is NEVER wiped down. How is that sanitary or safe? There are the same dead mosquitos and webs on it across the screen that have been there for weeks. I know because unfortunately I have to use this atm almost daily.

I've had a business account at PNC Bank for over 10 years. Lately they have been nickel and diming my account. Now when I go in to get change, rolled coins, singles, or five dollar bills, they charge a 1% fee for any amount over $25. To make matters worse, when I inquired they said they had to enter any amount over $25 into the computer...later, when I received my statement, I saw a charge on my checking account for the 1% fee. When I asked about the fee, they said they would look into refunding it. I never heard anything back. They are always very apologetic and go through the motions but no refund or action taken. The same thing goes for overdraft fees. $36. My account was overdrawn and amount less than that. However they charge a $35 overdraft fee multiple times and apologize and say they will look into a refund but they never follow up as they say they will. I am looking for a new business bank with fewer fees better service and one that values its customers and keeps its word.

Convenience is very important to me when banking AND no service charges plays a major role when maintaining an account in any financial institution. After all, one service charge and you can lose a decade of interest if the account even pays any. Armed with a coupon for a free "outdoor concert" chair, I visited Whitefish Bay's newest Bank Friday. From the moment I entered the front door I felt I was being treated like 'days of old,' when I was Managing Executive of a Bank in New York's Westchester County. Not one, not two, but three individuals welcomed me with just about everything but cash samples. Not like where I currently bank jammed with customers, lines and having to enter and leave through "lock box" doors. Good reasons why I just might chase my money over to PNC. Some decent possibilities here that I am willing to consider and that customer service, wow!!!
