My mother passed away in May 2023. She lived in Hawthorne, California and I lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I was her trustee; thereby, timely fiduciary actions were warranted. PNC demonstrated empathy, professionalism and with-it-ness during the process of handing her accounts expeditiously.

Erin and Lexi were both so helpful today! I am not very educated when it comes to credit and they are helping me out of an unusual situation that I unintentionally put myself in regarding my credit report. I have to say I have loved pnc since they were st Francis bank and Lexi at this location was a amazing rockstar!!!! Hands down. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad in person experience the call center however is a different story. But thank you Lexi for ur help and follow up!!!
