I’ve been seeing NP Sarah Radke for nearly a decade. Throughout the years, I’ve been established with multiple different doctors because none of them seem to stay practicing here for more than a year.
I had anaphylactic shock for the first time and ended up in the ER. I made a follow up appointment with Ms. Radke. The next morning they cancelled my appointment and when I explained I don’t have a primary care doctor set and I’ve been seeing Sarah who will know my entire medical history. They still told me they’re not going to keep the appointment, and when asked who am I suppose to see, I was told to go to Urgent Care.
Awful service. Awful communication. Lack of professionalism and respect for their patients.

These people have caused me so much dysregulation. My doctor retired and finding one has been a nightmare within aurora and without a car.
They've put me in mental distress by refusing to fill my prescriptions in the meantime without me having to spend 5-10 hours per month trying to get it filled.

I have been coming here (silver spring) for three years and while the doctors in Aurora generally seem to get shuffled to other locations or providers, I have no complaints about this location, never a huge crowd and called on time. Initial visits with MDs can take a while as all their current patients have priority. But once you get past that first visit things get scheduled quickly. Everyone has always been polite and professional and the lab people always get me on a first stick and I'm a tough customer. Now the lab on Good Hope almost always full and behind schedule. This one is timely and not crowded.4-17-24 Update. Still pretty good experience here, still dont know why there are so many negatives. Dr. Heyden has been great and front desk staff and lab are respectful and efficient. Dr. Heyden is retiring later this year and promises TWO new doctors. We wil see! Its always been short staffed and a bit of a revolving door here, but that is Aurora in general IMHO.

The app is horrible to deal with when trying to contact your doctor. I finally had to google the phone number for the office of my sons pediatrician. The office was extremely unhelpful. My son has an urgent health concern and I’m trying to get him in to see his pediatrician asap. The doctor does not have regular office hours and they could not advise or help getting ahold of him to see if we could go to a different location. The girl that I spoke with on the phone was rude and had an attitude, which is pretty terrible considering I’m dealing with a sick 12 week old baby.

Do not recommend. Heavily agree with others that billing will scam you without remorse. A nurse incorrectly assured me that my doctor would be able to prescribe the med that I needed, but after I scheduled and got to my appointment he said he doesn't fill that med. He clicked a button to refill one of my regular meds (which I didn't really need) and the whole thing was over within 10 minutes. I got billed several hundred dollars and disputed the bill. Months later after back and forth messages they ultimately forced me to pay in full for an appointment that achieved nothing. They never even confirmed that the nurse was corrected and wouldn't deceive more people... pretty cruddy!!

Unfriendly staff, dismissive and gaslighting doctors despite excuriating pain, even though not looking for pain-meds.Don't go here.

This clinic is horrible and I only come here if I absolutely have to BUT Heaven in the lab is amazing. She is the best lab person I’ve dealt with at Aurora. When I arrived at the lab, she told me the orders I came for had expired (I was not told this during scheduling). She explained what the issue was, instructed me to call and have them reordered, and waited with me until they were active again in the system. She explained why two of the labs couldn’t be drawn at the time and was skilled with her blood draw. She communicated, was respectful, was willing to offer help, and was very skilled. More Aurora employees need to be like her.

Just moved back into town after being out of state for 6 years. I called to make a new patient appointment and they got me in just a few days later, the staff was very friendly and so was Dr Reiners and his nurse! It’s like I never left, keep up the great work

Billing here is a joke. All 3 of my children went here for their pediatrician, but no more. I recently started with a new company, which required that I switch my insurance provider. Bad news, new insurance provider was unfortunately not in-network; but good news, it's good coverage and they will cover standard pediatric visits at 100% out-of-network. So continuing to send my children to Aurora, my son had his 5 yr checkup. Well, Aurora refused to send the claim to the new insurance, because they didn't have a contract with them. Annoyance, but OK, as my wife is really good at handling these, and got both Aurora and new health insurance on a 3 way call to straighten it out. Aurora told new health insurance what was owed, and new health insurance cut a check direct to Aurora. All settled, good to go, right? Fast forward 3 months, and a random bill from Aurora shows up for an additional $346 for that 5 yr check up, huh? They say they had billed it as if we didn't have insurance, and they are now reducing the discount and we now owe another $346, 3 months later, huh? Aurora couldn't have handled that when directly on the phone when the new insurance company was asking you what they owed? Now I've paid an additional $346 that I DO NOT OWE Aurora, but just can't deal with these crooks anymore. New pediatrician, no more problems.

The pettiness you get from this office is laughable even after the fact of apologizing. It’s literally clown central. I will be back in this office under new circumstances and I hope when they found out who I actually am and WHY Im there I hope they find it just as hilarious as I did learn who your patient are before you do the things you do BUTTTTT on a different note Dr.Fisch AMAZING....

Love my doctor and the nurse practitioner, but the office staff cannot seem to do things quickly, like pick up the phone.
