Overall, my experience with Atid Properties over the past several years has been very positive. Atid's office in Whitefish Bay communicates well with its tenants, they are very nice people, and I recommend working with them.

I rented from Atid in the last year, and, this coming from a real estate professional and former head leasing agent in the area, this is one of the best property management companies I've come across in Milwaukee.Well managed - starting at the top. Good communication, clean and well maintained units, and very reasonable to deal with. They do the little things well, like answering their phones and being prompt with work orders. I will admit I gave them some problems due to some personal stuff I was dealing with, and they were understanding and gracious to me.I will stress to anyone looking to rent: you simply don't find these kind of companies very often. I highly reccomend.

They posted an apartment on Truila, which I applied for. Dropped is my app and money order, was told I’d hear back 2 business days. I’ve called and they’ve been dodging me so I’m wondering if they have POC tenants or do they all just look like them? Either way, they do not deserve a 4+ star rating.

This may be weird to review a rental company, but I just wanted to say they are very responsive to any inquiries or emails from their listings. I’ve heard back from 3 people in the company and to me that’s odd as I’m not used to it, but Im very happy. Easy to communicate and the turn around time fo checks to get a lease was fairly fast, or at least they don’t keep me pondering and waiting for a approval or rejection. As for renting, have not experienced yet but hoping my family member gets to and the kindness continues.

DO NOT MOVE HEREAVOID AT ALL COSTSFor the past 4 months i have lived at an apartment managed by Atid Properties. During those 4 months i have faced numerous reports of harrasment, slander and even death threats. Atid has REFUSED to do anything about these claims. I have contacted the police about it and Atid found out and used it to realiate against me. Now i have medical bills for anxiety piling up

I just recently moved out of an Atid Property that I had stayed in for the last 3 years. I’ve never thought about leaving a review for a property company before, but because my experience was truly incredible, I thought I had to share. AMAZING property management companies are hard to come by.From signing the lease, to signing my move out papers, I was treated with the utmost compassion. Everyone at this company from the property managers to the maintenance staff were top notch.Upon move in, my apartment was impeccable and any concerns i had or help I needed was taken care of immediately.I will really miss living in an Atid property and wish they would start buying some places is Bay View!

I normally don't leave reviews but I feel as though this company deserves mine. I have now lived in 3 apartments other than this one. They have always been extremely nice and responsive to all my needs in my apartement and for myself. During the covid they dropped the rent prices and if you were late they did not charge you any late fees and were EXTREMELY understanding. They also helped me change the locks on my door free of charge and my mailbox. They also went out of there way to show compassion and help when I was in a very dangerous situation. When my fridge had gone out while I was pregnant and on medications that needed to be refrigerated they made sure to drop off a brand new mini fridge to last for the night until theu could get maintenence here to fix my fridge. I have no complaints with this company. I normally move from apartments after 6 months because they are either dirty or just a terrible place to live but I have now been here going on a year and a half and dont plan to leave until my daughter needs her own room. I wouldnt leave at all if there were 2 bedrooms available in my price range.

Been living in one of their buildings for nearly a decade. Friendliest, most professional management company you will ever have. They really make an effort to know that you’re happy with your home. 11/10 every time.

Great people to rent from second time in same building. Have to lower a star for a recent maintenance issue they did fix problem but only after I had to complain about the idiot they sent to fix first time. That guy needs to be fired. Idiot.

Fantastic place to live! The maintenance is right there when you call for a repair, and the staff bends over backwards for you.

I lived with Atid for only 6 months but I found their service to be satisfying. They're friendly, understanding and prompt when their assistance is needed. One moment that stands out to me is when the key to my apartment broke. Within an hour of my call Atid showed up with a new key for me - that is quality service! Also, I was signed up for a year long lease with Atid but six months into it I had to relocate from Milwaukee to Madison. They offered a simple and fair solution to terminating my lease. If I ever move back to Milwaukee I will be looking at their properties first!
