Used my debit card to get gas at BP several days ago and have had multiple fraudulent charges to my card since then.
Today I went into BP to let the employees know what happened and for escalation before others were impacted. The employee was doing inventory counts of cigarettes with air pods in and didn't hear me when I first approached the counter. After getting her attention I explained the situation and she simply stated "no one else has complained of this" and stared at me. I responded "well I thought the most ethical thing to do would be to make you aware..." And she turned around, grabbed a binder and ripped a piece of paper from it to write down the owner's number. She then handed the paper to me and said "you can call the owner of these three stores and he'll take care of it"
I was a bit surprised and asked "is this not something that you would want to communicate and flag to him?" To which she replied "no he'll take care of everything" and went back to counting cigarette inventory without another word.
0/10 recommend stopping here for security issues, make the rest of the drive down to Menomonie for safer locations that take card skimmers and fraud seriously.

I went into their gas station to pay for my fuel because the card reader didn't work on the pump and the lady just ignored me while I stood there.. finally after five minutes I said can I pay for my fuel..? She said just wait I'm not not finished.. then she told me that the customer was not always right. I said I was a customer and that she had a lot to learn and I left.. no cashier should ever be that rude to anybody especially to a father on Father's Day !!!!

Usually fairly quick, depending on what i need. Mostly good variety of food & drink available. Friendly service and staff. Join rewards program with BP too!Nice spot along the way.Very clean and convenient restrooms.Wound recommend to others as well as will return as needed. Thanks
