It would be helpful to speak to a person instead of the stupid machine that can't listen and hook you up with the person to speak to. I've never had so much difficulty with trying to figure out what the he double toothpicks happened to my packages and why they're not being delivered.

Every time I put in a request for pick up my packages never gets picked up. But I get an email saying it's been picked up. Which is a complete lie and it has happened twice now. Please do your job better thanks!

Sent my package to a post office box (Not my name) which I didn't own. Didn't care at all, didn't give me my package after THEIR mistake. The drivers are great, the service at the office, really poor.

Packages are constantly late, damaged, or never show up at all. And you cant call the post office because the phone rings then beeps then disconnects. Tracking says "delivery attempted" but they didnt. I was home. All day. They never once tried to deliver. Happens over and over and over again

Don’t bother trying to keep your mail secure with them. Every time I schedule a mail hold they stop delivering before the hold starts and then deliver when it should be held. And then they try to lie about it. Absolutely useless.

Very rude staff Ruth this time. UPS confirmed delivery to Weyauwega post office the day before with ok to pickup today. Wouldn't even go and check or look for packages. Not the first time they have lost important mail in the past and delivered a month later. Get some competent personal here please.

Ordered a package of sports cards from Missouri. Went from St. Louis to Chicago to Oshkosh to Coloma to Weyauwega for delivery. Never got delivered. Got sent back to Coloma and back to Oshkosh. Then back to Coloma. Staff at Weyauwega was little help. Very rude. Had to go to Coloma to pick up my package. Wi use Fed ex or UPS in future

My package was never delivered. It was sent back to the sender. I called prior to it being sent back and the lady said she was busy and she’d call me back the next day and I never got a call back.

Besides being on hold for over a hour. My mail won’t be delivered and is returned to spender. Not understanding why can’t get any answers. Put in a change of address still don’t know if I’ll get my mail.

They returned my package to sender for no reason at all. I called customer service and they said it had been returned to sender already and they could do nothing to fix it. Specifically Mike lied to me, very bad customer service on his end. The package was returned to sender on a Wednesday and according to the shipping updates was finally delivered on Saturday to the sender. So when I called on Thursday morning while the package was in Oshkosh according to the shipping updates I should’ve been able to get it. Mikes gets 0 out of 5 stars.

I'm new to the area, originally from Ohio, and you best believe this is one of the best customer service experiences from the US post office I've run into. Rather than being spoken to rudely, the matter I was calling in about was handled in a kind and professional manner by a lady named Ginger. The issue was resolved quickly, to boot. Thank you, it is much appreciated.
