Absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had.Don't expect someone to answer the phone.First it was an issue with with not being able to choose my payment date. I asked to set an end of month payment date and I was told by the owners rent is due on the first of every month and if it's paid after that we will charge you a late fee . There is nothing we can do about it that's how our computer system works we cant change that.Then the monthly price went up. You would think long term customers would get a price discount not an increase.Most recently an issues with a careless adjacent tenant smashed up the entrance to my unit as well as putting a 8'x8' hole in the wall between our two units. I notified the owners who said they would take care of it. 8 weeks later the giant hole is still there and I begin fixing it my self. Some friends/relatives (I dont remember exactly the relationship to the owners) that own a granite business on the same property heard me hammering nails came over to see what was going on. They apparently do the over lock for the owners and they finished patching the hole in the wall for me.I called the owners explained the situation again and was told it's taking so long to fix because they are filing an insurance claim and have to wait for that.3 months later no actual repairs have been done. Just the temporary wall patch which is not exactly the most secure.This has been going on since winter and still has not been resolved. Bottom line is there just money collectors who do not value there customers.*** The issue has been resolved ***

My experience with renting a storage unit and working with the owners has been no trouble at all! Highly recommend!

I love the convenience- very close to the highway and other main roads. The units are slightly elevated so there has never been water damage inside! Well-lit facility.
