Jodine, Steve, and their son are great people. I’ve been renting from them since 2016. I’ve not been the best tenant to say the least. But they are good people who care about others. They bend over backwards to help and simply are trying to run a business and make an honest living in this world. I absolutely will miss my bimonthly calls to check on things when I am behind. They send reminders by mail, by email, and are so good at communication. You can’t help but love a mom and pop business that lives up to exactly what you think when you think small midwestern values.

We stored our enclosed trailer at this facility for several months. We picked it up today and it was damaged and significantly scratched. I called the owner immediately and she said she would make notes in our account regarding the incident. How is this helpful? The owner said she didn’t know how it happened and that there were no children playing near it.There are no cameras in the storage area to ensure items are safe and secure. Very disappointed! Would not recommend this facility.

We paid for several months to keep our enclosed trailer at this facility. We picked it up today and it is significantly scratched the entire length of both sides of the trailer. I called immediately and the owner said she would put notes in our account. How does this help? She informed us she has no cameras set up within the storage area itself and wasn't aware of any kids damaging it. Be aware if you store your things here there is no monitoring for safety and clearly no concern from the owner for her paying customers. You pay to store your items so they are protected and safe while not in use. You don't pay to have them damaged! Look elsewhere!!

Awesome facility to work with - locally owned and that showed!Owners are very helpful ensuring your needs are met. Large, secure, and well kept units gave me peace of mind storing with them. Couldn't recommend them more!

Such great service! Didn't have much interaction, but when I did (once a month) they were outstanding. If you have storage needs, I would highly recommend USSAM Self Storage.

This is the best storage facility I have ever had my entire life. I have had multiple different storage units and without a doubt will no longer need to keep looking for a good one. The units are so solid, and there is no way anyone would be able to break into these units. The price is incredible and a security of the units are incredible as well. Also, the owner are very accommodating.

I used this storage for over a year and my belongings were perfectly safe in a beautiful shipping container. Nothing got destroyed through weather as they stayed airtight. The owner will always work with your and give you plenty of time to get it together if you need time to pay. She was always fantastic about working out arrangements and being patient. I would definitely use this facility again if I needed to. Reasonably priced and very safe.

My family and I took advantage of their location for around a year. The location is well secured and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them for anybody.
