Devon M. was great, got to us on HWY 29 in under an hour & got our flat tire on our truck fixed in no time. We were on a little road trip vacation when a chunk of metal pierced our tire and popped it, now we are back to vacation mode! Pricing is reasonable for being an after hours weekend call. Definitely recommend for a flat tire quick patch/fix instead of being towed somewhere!

Had a flat tire a few miles out of town going north because of road debris and Schierl was able to help me out with my spare. They saved me from a lot of trouble and so I am very grateful.

Dropped off my car to get 4 new tires before a big trip. Got a call an hour later saying our tires looked fine. Wait - What? He looked at the history in the computer and the tires were installed less than 3 years ago and only had about 20,000 miles on them. I had mistakenly looked at the wrong paperwork for that car.
He saved us $1,000+! No charge.
We will continue to get our 3 vehicles serviced there.

Blew a tire about 10 miles East of Wausau on Hiway 29 on our rv (2nd one that day). Needed emergency road service at that location in after hours. Called the office and the lady helped to get the right tire and gave us the roadside drivers. Called Devin who said he could get to us in about 1 hour (shortest time of other companies). Devin arrived professionally changed the tire in a very short time. Then also checked all the other tires on the rv to makes correct air pressure was in those tires. Thank you.

I just want to give thanks to Devon Merkel! My mom called me because she had a flat tire. I came to help her but did not have the necessary tools to do so. Devon noticed us on the side of the road, pulled up in his truck and after 2 minutes of assistance, her spare tire was put on and we were on our way! Thank you Devon!

I will Never do business with this shop again!! I bought tires from here for the last 4 vehicles. This last one I needed to get my tires rebalance before i sold the car and they wouldn't get me in for another week. I had a buyer ready and he was going to back out because of this. I went to another shop and got them done right away but had to pay out of my pocket. Upon purchase I was told I could stop anytime and get rotated and balanced but that's a total lie. Avoid this place if you want real service l!!
