So....I've taken my vehicles to Patriot for the last few times and up to now, I have been impressed with their performance and the detail they provide for repairs, etc. Recently took my truck into their shop for a suspected lifter collapsed. Estimate to repair was extensive so I asked them to stop. Asked them what you would do if you were in my shoes (professional opinion) and they said they would put it online for sale. New owner of my truck called me to let me know that the issue was misdiagnosed and they should have known it was not that based on any preliminary investigation they have done. So, I'm disappointed for the direction they led me down. Whether it was due to the mechanics inexperience, laziness or just didn't want to do the job (because it was extensive) please guide your customers down the right path please. I'm not sure if I'll be taking my vehicles back.

I’d give these guys 100 stars if I could. On multiple occasions, Noah, Jim and the entire team at Patriot have gone above and beyond for my family! Customer service like what these guys provide is something you don’t experience in today’s world anymore. Kudos to these guys for running an exceptional business!

Last fall the starter went out on my Dodge Ram at a Kwik Trip just up the street from Patriot.
We were able to set up a tow, Patriot worked with my warranty company and were able to get me on the road in less than 48 hours.
Yesterday, my wife went to start the truck to go to work. The starter failed.
I spoke with Jim, he walked me through getting the truck towed by my insurance and it was towed within the hour, cost free.
The starter had a 12000 mile 12 month warranty on it.
Patriot called to let me know the truck was ready to be picked up a half an hour before my wife needed to get to work the next day.
Patriot stood behind their work, and had us up and running in roughly 23 and a half hours after the part failure.
Customer service doesn’t get any better than that.

This place is the definition of "Above and Beyond". Had a couple issues with my truck and they did an amazing job! Jim had called me to verify everything they did, and when I had a question on why something was happening, he called to walk me through everything they did, why they did it, and what they plan on doing to make things right. This was all after normal business hours as well. I can not recommend this company more, and won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else going forward. Give these guys a try, you wont be disappointed! Finally have a repair shop that I can trust

Super impressed by the team at Patriot Auto. Reputable, ethical, professional at an affordable rate. Everything a car repair shop should be.
Our car was working poorly and taking forever to accelerate. It's a bit older and we worried that it might be a transmission problem and cost a fortune to repair. The team at Patriot diagnosed the issue -- it wasn't the transmission-- and fixed it for a fair price. Car works great. They also identified and educated us on other concerns that we may need to address and outlined a timeline for us so we can plan for the costs. It's nice to know that we can trust Patriot Auto to help keep our aging vehicle running. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with Patriot Auto! The professionalism, knowledge and kindness of their staff is remarkable. The prices are very affordable, at least for a single mom with one income. They're willing to drop you off at home and pick you up while your vehicle is being worked on at no extra charge and they don't call you non stop during that service to upsell you on products you probably don't need.
Definitely recommend! (Go Army!)

Absolutely impressed with Patriot Auto. A different place said my lug nuts would not come off. Patriot Auto to the rescue! They fit me in right away, got it done quickly, and they called me 5 days later to find out if everything was to my liking. I am pretty sure they cleaned the rust off my brakes too, they look nice and shiny now! They gained a customer for sure! Class act business and the quotes on their outside board are hilarious when driving by ?

Only place I trust to take my vehicle. I appreciate how the long list of things wrong with my vehicle is prioritized by most critical to least critical. The follow up call fafter my vehicle has been in for service is greatly appreciated. It's not an automated message or canned email...it's an actual person calling to see if my car is functioning after it was in for repair.

I had an overall great experience at Patriot Auto.My windshield wiper fluid was leaking so I took my car into them. They diagnosed my issue, gave me a cost estimate, and quickly fixed the issue. I appreciate that they did a thorough job of examining my car because I wouldn't have known that my license plate light was out unless it was for them- they also fixed the light as well.A few days after the repair I got a call from Patriot Auto asking if everything was working well and if I had any questions or concerns. The follow-up call was friendly and professional and I appreciate the check in.Service: General repairs & maintenance
