Easy to work with and to locate online.
Ease of auto pay and to vacate when I needed to. I had rented two units for a very long time. Life events happened and it was time to empty them. Very spacious.

This was a last minute choice for a unit. Unit was big but not clean. Called to let them to let them know my daughter was all out of her unit 403 and they sent confirmation emails. Been waiting for the deposit to be put back on our card and nothing yet. Very frustrating. I have sent many people to rent here. Just wish they would return the 80.00 deposit.

Absolutely terrible place. They change computer systems and lost my bank information. Then they put my storage on an auction and charged me all late fees and auction fees for their mistake of losing my information. After I paid double what I owed, I had to wait to get into my own storage till they could open the lock they replaced mine with. I get to the storage and the key is laying in the open right in front of my storage for anyone to take. Unbelievably unprofessional. I will be taking my belongings elsewhere. None of my information or funds ever changed but somehow I have to pay for their mistakes.

I rented from them for about a year. Love the way you can set up auto pay and very helpful towards the end of my storage needs. I had an issue when setting up auto pay. I was supposed to be discounted $10 and never was. They happily corrected the issue and gave me a credit back before I mad emy last payment. During this time I did accrue a late fee of $10 but due to them having a little delay they waived the late for me to. I would definitely use them again in the future!
