Service is great, honest and customer centered. I went in for service. The service books told them it would take a certain amount of time. It took much less. My final charge reflected the actual labor for the service. My bill was less than 1/3 the estimate!!!

My main vehicle had an issue that was causing it to be undrivable. John worked me into the schedule to get it looked at immediately and while we were waiting for the part to come in they provided a loaner vehicle to keep me able to get to where I need to go. Friendly service and very accommodating on short notice. Will definitely use again for vehicle repairs!

Great experience with the crew at Griesbach. They fully explained things, offered options, and were never pushy about additional services. I love that they text a quote for you to review and approve or decline services. Customer service was top notch!!!

Willerree, at Griesbach Auto Service Inc Weston, was friendly and accommodating when I just popped in to check an "engine" light on issue! Fixed promptly...AND, there was a "loaner car" available.
