We Had D&L Signs in Weston, WI come to our property to fix three parking lights that were out. This is not the first time we had them fix the lights, so from prior experience we decided to go with them again, but this time we were not completely satisfied with their service. When we called to place a service order we were told that they would call before they came to the property, but one of the technicians just showed up without calling. When he came, he only had to fix five lights out of which only three were actually bad. On the first light pole the tech spent at least two hours just running around and going up and down with the truck unable to determine the real issue. At that point we told him that he might want to first check all the light by disconnecting them to figure out which lights were causing them not to work. Once we told him that he was able to figure out the real issue and found only three out of the five lights were burned out. Then he spent another hour and half fixing these lights. When we called the office to discuss this issue they said that all they could do is take out half hour from the bill for the labor. Overall the recent experience was not good and we felt like their technician was just putting in extra unneeded hours. hopefully next time we receive better service.TIP: make sure two people come down of the lights are high above ground other wise the company will tell you that the tech has to go running around to find the issues.
