I went into cellcom today, I received service from Matthew Connolly. He was simply amazing and helped me with all my questions. He made my experience great and I would definitely come back into cellcom just to get help from him. He definitely deserves a raise, that for you everything!

Everyone at the cellcom store in weston is very pleasant to work with. Laurie is very nice, very knowledgeable. She answers all my questions and doesn't make me feel stupid for asking. Free coffee and water is nice. I've been with cellcom over 3 years, I will stay with then.

Chicklets are good to go to the store and get it set up for the weekend leave the house at the house and I will be there in about an hour or so and then I'll be home in a few minutes I can get it set up for the day and then go to the store

Very disappointment with the service we received yesterday at the celebration event in Weston. We have been Cellcom customers for 10+ years and lately not been impressed with service. Wanted to get a watch for our child with cellular and who does not have a phone. We were told that we should be able to do it. The sales person we were working with was uncertain but would not ask a coworker for confirmation. Part of the problem, the sales person had no understanding of what we anted to do and tried selling us other things we did not want like an iPad with cellular data after we said we did not want it. The lack of knowledge of their own services was very disappointing. There were a lot of headaches trying to get the watch set up and come to find out we cannot use it with Family Sharing the way we wanted to because Cellcom does not support Family Sharing with the apple watch cellular. We also did not get to pick the number for the apple watch, which is a big deal because that is the only number the watch would have, not being paired with a phone. Again the sales rep did not understand that. We will most likely be switching providers that offer Family Sharing with the apple watch. It also felt like the sales rep did not want to help us because she wanted us to come back the next day to Rib Mountain at the event there. For a customer appreciation event, we did not feel very appreciated.

(Weston location) Logen was a rockstar today! His customer service was OUTSTANDING! He not only answered all of our questions he took the time to show us different features and settings. He was honest and friendly. Highly recommend!
