This place is TERRIBLE!!! This guy charges $20 per month late fee as fast as he possibly can. He leaves HIS lock on your door many weeks after you are paid up (my friend tried to get in well after the bill was paid but he had padlocked and left it unattended). He refused to let us sell just a few items out of the unit! He showed up and bullied my friend’s veteran dad!!! If you are just a few days late, expect to get nasty phone calls and texts! He even illegally charged my sister’s card when she made it clear to him he was not allowed!!! Do not use this guy. He LOVES getting his illegal $20 late fee and will grab it as soon as he possibly can! This is how he loads up his P&L!!! Stay away from this guy, especially if you are a business.

Top-notch service and easy access. This storage unit exceeded my expectations for 6+ years. The staff is friendly and helpful, and accessing my unit is always hassle-free. Even during snowy days, they ensure the pathways are clear, making it convenient to get in and out. Highly recommended.

The entire storage rental process was flawless. They even offered to sell a lock for the storage unit, which was provided right in the unit upon arrival the first time, saving the extra hassle of having to run to a store. Unit was clean upon rental. My items remained safe and dry. Interactions with this storage rental company were immediate, clear, and concise.

I had the storage in Westfield for 2 years. Easy access clean, clean, dry \u0026 affordable. The owners are very easy to work with. I’d highly recommend using Evergreen storage for your storing needs.

Wonderful experience I was in over my head when I moved from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, after loosing my father. I had to rent 3 units, in 4 days. I called and got into each unit, same day within hours. They have been a life saver, and made a difficult situation a breeze. I want to thank Doug for his outstanding service.

Needed temporary storage while we were selling our house, have never used a storage unit before. I called with questions and Mr Drew was personable and very forthcoming. He explained how it all worked, and fees involved. We met up at the storage unit and it was exactly what we wanted...I was even able to buy an inexpensive lock from him. Once we were moved, we called and let him know our plans. We emptied the unit, swept it out just in case, and sent an email saying we were out. I had my deposit refunded to me very promptly, too! This was a really good experience and I would recommend Evergreen Storage very highly! They were everything we needed and they made it easy!
