The owners and staff are very responsive and friendly. I've used this shop multiple times and am always extremely satisfied. The last time I used them was when a glass furniture door was broken - they custom made a piece for me with multiple holes cut out for the hinges. the work was perfectly done and it was a very fair price. Will definitely use them again.

We had the glass in two windows replaced. They used a nail with a larger head that wasn't even flush with the wood surface. Terrible job. Update: I took the windows back to them. They redid both windows the way they should have been done.

Please see complaint filed with Better Business Bureau. Business owner has not kept up with industry standard in 13 years and has no additional training or advancement in technology. Business owner does not stand behind work or accept accountability for damage. Consumers would be very wise to research thoroughly and compare to state-of-the-art glass repair practice with trained and knowledgeable technicians. Very poor customer service skills.
