We just bought a 2024 Kia EV 9 at Morrie's Kia and couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and equally important . . . the phenomenal customer service from outstanding Sales Team - Al Wandling and Chris Wolf! Their product knowledge and attention to detail were key factors in purchasing this all electric vehicle. Moreover, they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and making the economics of the deal work for both parties. This is our 3 Kia and I want to also give a shout out to Service ManagerMiguel, who has done and outstanding job in making this Service Dept the best in class.

Stopped in to look at a 2016 Ford Focus and was greeted by Nate Hruby. He said the car was in the detail shop but made a call and got it out for a test drive. Nate said that it was a smokers car but there was no smell when we drove it. Nate said the detailed must have got rid of the smell. The next day I let Nate know that I was interested in buying it. Since I paid the asking price, I asked Nate to give me a tank of gas or my first oil change. He asked Alan Wandling, the manager, and the answer was no. I went through Altra and got the loan and brought Nate a cashiers check on Monday. Nate handed me the remotes and one was broke. I ask him if they’d get me a new remote, he ask Alan and the answer was no. Then when I got in the car, it smelled horrible of smoke. Awful. Would a $20 investment in gas, oil change or new remote case have killed the dealership profit? Alan certainly heard my complaints and wouldn’t even look at me.
