“River States Truck and Trailer helped me out of a jam when I had a bearing and axle failure on my boat trailer coming back from vacation and 4 plus hours from home. I called and spoke with DuWayne Springer/ Service advisor foreman who assisted me with a tow referral and an overview of what needed to be repaired. On Monday Bob Miskanis who I believe is the shop foreman called me and updated me on repairs and lead times for parts which were lengthy, approx 40 days. Long story short we were able to find parts quicker and the repairs got done in a timely manner. Bob answered my e-mails and calls promptly. Bob and DuWayne as well as their service staff were courteous, responsive, and the quality of the repairs excellent. They all made a bad experience into a much more tolerable and excellent customer experience. Hats off to the entire staff behind the scenes that did my repairs and ultimately left me with a better product than I had.
