“If you’re looking for a body shop, or something as simple as dent removal - this is the place to go. My whole process from estimate to completion of repairs was great. Matt was very through and told me exactly what was going to be done to complete the repairs. While Tina at the front desk was very helpful as well & super nice. Everyone here is great with communication, not to mention their work is outstanding and I’m very happy with how the repairs turned out. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, and will definitely refer back to Brenengen Collision if I have any future needs. Thanks again!”
“Traveling I 90, and during a gas stop realized my pop up campers’ tire was not in good shape at all! This was at 4:50 on a Friday evening. Called this shop out of a recommendation from a local women at the station and asked if they’d be willing to help change a tire quick. They were more then accommodating! Changed my tire,and had my daughters’ and I back on the road in 20 mins. And they did this at no charge! Huge shout out! Thanks so so much!”

“I accidentally messed up an area on side of my husband's pickup, resulting in a couple of dents, scrapes and scratches. I decided to pull into Total Recon and see if there was anything they could do to help it look better and make an appointment in the future if they could. Jason couldn't have been more helpful, he looked at the vehicle right away. To my surprise, he said he had a little time and could buff out the area and do quick touch up paint on the scratches. It looked so much better, he said if I wanted the dents fixed completely, I could make an appointment and get it taken care of for a reasonable price. Small businesses with great service like this are becoming a thing of the past. Total Recon is the real deal, they will be honest with you and tell you if it's a job they can handle. This is the second time we have used Total Recon. Excellent service and fair price.”
“I called late in the afternoon for an alignment after getting new tires, they were able to see me the very next morning. The facility is nice and it has one of the most comfortable waiting areas. The gentleman that I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. Overall, this place was great and the price was fair compared to other shops and especially the dealerships.”

“Great place to purchase an RV. We went to look for a used RV and were met by Dan a salesperson. We looked at the two 5th wheels we saw on the website and were very interested in one of them. Dan talked to Jason the sales manager and they worked out a great price. We ended up doing the credit app online and it was a breeze. Delivery day we met Courtney the finance person that kept us updated through the whole process, she was awesome to work with. Tyler did our walk through and was very helpful explaining all the bells and whistles this unit had compared to our old one. I highly recommended Pleasure Land RV center for all your RV needs.”

“Called to inquire whether the business cleans & seals gas tanks, my Kaw Mule in need of that or replacement. After reading other comments this was most likely Bob, he was very friendly, helpful and informative. Although he'd given up the tank sealing a while back he informed me that a hands-on person could clean and acquire a kit to seal it themselves along with couple places to get materials.”
“Excellent service. I called to verify my appointment, and realized I had errored on the day to bring it in. Because of my mistake, (the owner of the 579 ,) had scheduled the truck to be in South Dakota on that day. I explained my problem to Chester. He had me bring it in that evening. ( I was 70 miles away) They were able to service the truck, do a warranty check over , and repair two problems. Got it out at midnight. I can’t say thank you enough for helping me out.”
“Excellent service. Attentive staff. Awesome product. For my 6.5' truck bed, it took ~ 2.5 hrs. The last truck I had, a 2010, also had the Line-x spray bed liner applied. It withstood many abuses.....never was damaged. Thank you Line-X.”
“I liked the video showing my tire and explaining what was found. And showing me the belt that needed replacing.
And I liked the time spent with me helping to decide what what other services I could and should have. When we had a question about the worn tire, should we replace all the tires as I didn't know how worn the other 3 were too. He ran out to talk to the technician to find the answer. There was no pressure that I had to do anything but options that were reasonable. Finding out I had recently replaced the engine he immediately to items off the list I didn't need.

“I was at a truck stop about two blocks away in West Salem, Mauston, Wisconsin. I woke up to dead batteries. Was able to start it pulled into the Kriete truck center. I walked in described the problem I had, the techs new immediately with the problem was. They took me in immediately we got it fixed for a very good price. Bad batteries. They could have upsold me but didn't. I appreciate that. They had it fixed and out the door in less than an hour. I can't say enough good about these guys.”
