Ordered LP and they gave to my neighbor. Luckily we didn't run out in winter. Following this, month's later my neighbor ordered and they filled mine, charging us when we didn't budget for it. Now we cannot charge because we paid late. Refused to fill in summer until our tank was low and ended up running out in winter and charged over 150 extra in fees and such. Waiting to refill again in January, can't get an answer on phone. Overall a bit frustrated on a product that's very expensive.

This company came to set a LP tank at an investment property of ours. Employees were unable to place tank where we wanted it, they ran an extra 40 ft of line to place it where they wanted the tank. Dug a trench through my yard and driveway, placed the line and never filled trench in. Wanted to charge me extra for material after charging me 700+ dollars for LP and tank set. Had the nerve to come back at the start of October only one month later and trespass on my property and remove the full tank because I hadn’t paid 190 dollars for the extra line they installed. We will be doing business elsewhere. Terrible service.

Used to be a better place to do business with when it was West Salem Co-op. After Allied merger it's customer service has gone down. You need to compare prices on package goods because they most likely will be higher. New pricing structure has caused us to change what we buy from them. Not my favorite place to do business.
