Selection is good. That being said, employees are more interested in interacting with each other, rather than helping paying customers. When you have a question, it’s like you’re interrupting their conversation. Unfortunately that’s what many retail stores have become.

I bought my sketches tennis shoes there- shoe lace broke. One would think that if they sell shoes- they would sell shoe laces-NOPE!! They sell shoes but NO shoe laces!!!

So many choices all neatly displayed allows for a pleasant shopping experience. I found exactly what I needed to replace my worn out pair of skechers that I wear for work everyday. The associate who rang up my order was top notch and made signing up for the rewards program easy!
