I bought onions from here twice and both times they were rotten on the inside. Then the other day, I bought salmon. I had to throw it out because it smelled like a dead body after a day!

The male pharmacist was insanely rude to both my fiance and her nurse. This has been an ongoing issue. I will be changing pharmacys.

This store just gets worse and worse, clearly aiming to be Walmart catering to bulk shoppers rather than catering to locals who pop in often. No shopping baskets, constantly discontinuing niche products and changing around impulse racks, and now they've replaced their bakery with Grebe's. Grebe's is better than Dunkin, but Grebe's literally stocks gas stations. If I wanted gas station food, I'd go to a gas station. Their bakery used to have items no other place in the city sold. Now it's just like every place else. Literally no reason to go. I can get basic groceries anywhere and there are better laid out stores with higher quality or more affordable products than this one.

If you are going to lock things up, have someone available to unlock it that doesn't hate working there. Customers are not a hassle when they need something.

This is by far the closest grocery store to me, but I'm done with it. It's never been great, but it always manages to get worse! Dirty, poorly stocked, no carts, no registers open, rude employees, etc. Their latest innovation is to lock up all the booze, which you will definitely need after enduring the terrible shopping experience! I'll be going out of my way to buy groceries elsewhere going forward unfortunately.

They locked all of the alcohol behind cabinets, you now have to call someone who walks it up to self check out. The mind boggles at what a colossally dumb idea that is just to prevent a few bottles being swiped. I will not be shopping there anymore and the 5 other people waiting for service said the same. Have fun losing money while treating us like children, idiots!

Zero stars.
Rude, argumentative, lazy, and woke enviromet.
I had the pleasure of picking up a few items at PnS, Miller Parkway, on Memorial Day. The store is dirty, unorganized, and missing common irems. The produce is horrible. I buy top items, what i like. The store clerks (plural) take it upon themselves to follow me around the store. At check out, they watch me in groups as my eclips items dont register as a sale item again. They won't fix the problem then accuse me of stealing. Ongoing problems with dispikable business.I dont have these issues at all the stores. Just the stores adjacent to the inner city. Imagine that!

I’ve lived in the area going on four years now and this PNS has really gone downhill (as has the entire area). Smells awful, trash all over the parking lot and by the doors, pan handlers sitting outside, fruit in bad condition, half stocked shelves, ghetto employees and patrons. Just sad to see the decline of this store and really this city as a whole. This store is a great example of it.

The store is scheduled to open at 6am.I show up today, Friday 02.16.2024 at 6:10am and the store is dark. There was roughly a dozen people, waiting by the doors (out of respect for their digital privacy, I did not include them in my photos). The parking lot was disgusting, trash cans overflowing, carts all in the lot, and you can see trash inside on the store floor.I called the store at about 6:15 and can hear the intercom saying "There's a call holding for customer service." (or something similar)Another gentleman waiting also was trying to call someone.A security guard let us know he was the only one there and he was waiting for someone to come and open a self checkout register. What the what?!ONLY ONE THERE?No cashiers, no one for bakery, no one for deli, no one for any other department and you open at 6?ALL of this is a result of poor management.Do you need me to come in and teach you how to run the place?First, if you are to be open at 6am make sure you have employees scheduled to start at least an hour prior. And ensure you have several coming on in case anyone is running late.Second, you clean up the night before - sweep, empty trash, get carts out of the parking lot. This sets the tone for the next day; always set yourself up for success.I personally don't want to go grocery shopping in a landfill and to accept this as normal is little more than rodent mentality.Third, when you are on the clock you are NOT on your phone, it shouldn't even be on your person. Especially when you have people checking out. They are there spending their hard earned money on your ridiculously priced items.Be grateful and courteous. This happens at all other Pick n Saves, so thought I'd address that here too.Pick n Save has went from bad to worse over the years. After what I have seen today, it should be shut down.I am not sure if the store ever opened, it was too cold for me to hang around and find out.Absolutely ridiculous.
