Sold my mom a reuse reboost card and when we called to pay her bill it asked us do we want to pay $0 when she put $40 on the card. Why can’t anyone at this family dollar answer the phone ?

Terrible experience! purchased bread, toothpaste, paper towels and tissue 4/20/23. Although the line was short and fast my overall customer service experience was horrible! The sales associates were all impaired along with various of items not being placed in correct spot and prices not matching online as advertised for store location with no accommodations. My overall complaint which is super important is checking the dates of all foods! I consumed two pieces of this exact bread! What if medically I become ill Family dollar shall be held responsible like that’s disgusting not to mention it’s being stored on the bottom shelf in stores.

The workers are very rude never smile answer your question with out looking at you & just point the direction you should find what you are looking for ALWAYS ON THE PHONE AT THE REGISTER having unprofessional conversations just ring your items & tell you the amount while still talking on the phone ??♀️very poor customer service
