Staff very cold. Boxes and cars of merchandise all over the place. Very little refridgerator and frozen food.

Store hours are from 9am 2/8 or 9 at night I stopped at 2:17 in the afternoon on a Monday doors were locked.. called and no one answered

Sold my mom a reuse reboost card and when we called to pay her bill it asked us do we want to pay $0 when she put $40 on the card. Why can’t anyone at this family dollar answer the phone ?
