Cashiers are cheaters here. Multiple times they scanned items twice or replaced weighted item with more expensive one.Be careful and double check your receipt.

The service of this store hit the bottom and from there the manager knocked on the cash register, a fat cow who had no intention of helping. This cow's name is Angela, who appointed her to this position????? I asked for help because the cashier deceived me, and the cow appeared with a dissatisfied face and sucked Chupa Chups and slurped worse than a cow!!!!! And she rudely told me that she was doing me a favor, that she was helping me! The fact that they cheat at the checkoutAlways ! You need to write a complaint against the director if he cannot restore order! Fu Fu Fu! I wish this store would fall through the ground! Amen!

It used to be a good market, but in the past few years it went downhill. Many items don’t have prices, just question marks on price tags. How is that ok? Also, many items are expired. I once bought a cake that had mold on it.

You can find almost everything here.The only dislike I have it when the stocking personnel use box cutter on sofrito . The sofriti lids are cut so when you buy it is no good to use its fermented. You end up getting sick . All of them have multiple cuts on top . I talked to the supervisor and they did not about it. I went today and still the sofrito had box cutter cuts very visible . I also complained about blood smells it's overwhelmingly overpowering.I gave it a 5 ? because of everything you need in a Hispanic foods are here. But I am sorry but it has to come down to a 1 ?. Get rid of the fruit flies in the fresh bakery section too. Ya guys were shut down for a reason in the other location. Supermarkets are supposedly be a safe and clean to buy food. . Lastly people are getting sick from the meats you sell and the sofrito . Diarrhea fever chills vomit , salmonella . Our kids consume the food we buy there the meat has a funny smell to it . Our kids get sick miss school we miss work because we get sick as well. Where are we supposed to go to get our Hispanic groceries. El rey us far worse.All canned good I began to wash because of rats and mices . So if ya buy canned good and bottled items anything you must use disinfectant before opening .

I wasn’t aware that self checkout didn’t accept ApplePay. With that being said I was informed by a skinny woman with short brunette hair, bangs and black glasses (about 5”6 and skinny-thin. I think her name was Nanni/Nani) that Apple Pay is not acceptable surprisingly at self checkout and was informed that at the register ApplePay is applicable. With that being said she directed me to the registers. I decided to walk the opposite way to get to the register in order to potentially avoid bumping into oncoming customers at self checkout. She then rudely made it clear that I was going the wrong way and that I would need to cut through people at self checkout. She came off as if I could be a potentially trying to shoplift or something, when the truth is that I shop at Cermak Fresh Market on a REGULAR. Again, I just didn’t want to run into other customers who were checking out in the self checkout lane. From across the front of the store she kept giving me A-HOLE-SNOOTY-vibes and even had the audacity to inform the cashier of my situation, which had already been solved, and it was never that serious. Like, EVER. She did it in a very condescending manner and it’s extremely unprofessional. I think that I’ll just shop at the other Cermak Fresh Market from now on. I’m hoping that the other location is way better. I won’t be returning here. I’ve heard many poor reviews about this store. And it turns out that this may be true.
