The absolute worst pharmacy around. Wait times are astronomical, inside of the building & via drive thru. Prescriptions are regularly "misplaced" or not in stock after receiving a text confirmation that it's ready for pick up. It's continuing to get worse .. bummer, this used to be my go-to store.

Absolute worst pharmacy around, especially prescription pickup/drive up window. Not uncommon to wait at driveup 30 minutes or more and then wait more while being waited on ever so slowly. I think they hire people who excel at working extremely slow. My latest experience I waited in driveup line 25 minutes only to be told Walgreens central intercepted my Rx until it could be filled and now it could be filled so come back in 15 minutes or tomorrow (they had the Rx 3 days ago). I live 1/2 hour away. I was not wasting more gas to come back tomorrow. I came back 25 minutes later only to wait in line ANOTHER 35 minutes. At the drive up window I waited even more while the clerk did who knows what before I was given my Rx. They had a brilliant young man several years ago who efficiently and very quickly handled both the drive up and counter customers with minimal waiting and he had one bad arm besides. Walgreens: YOU NEED TO HIRE DECENT HELP THAT CAN WORK MORE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY!

I left my wallet at home. Amanda store cashier upset, rude and impatient and made the void process complicated when it didn't have to be. I wanted to void the full purchase she had to call the manager back more than once. I explained to Amanda I would to pick up my wallet to come back to the store to purchase items, Amanda states to her manager I no longer wanted the items.

They cannot get insulin for my Type 1 diabetic wife who needs it to stay alive. They told my wife it would be a month before it was back in stock! Nothing they can do! No back up plan for other distributors. Good plan! Thankfully Meijer can get it in 48 hours.
Walgreens should remove any symbols from their logo that represents medicine, its false advertising. They have just become any overpriced mini mart. Just a matter of time until they are out of business.

I forgot to grab a basket to put my items in. My arms were full and I could feel the items slipping. Sure enough bottles of shampoo went tumbling to the floor. The cashier came to my aid and picked everything up. Very polite young female!!!

Literally told me that I should just find another pharmacy because they didn't want to fill my prescription.I am at Meijer now and the experience is so much nicer.

My script was phoned in, left on VM evening before. Husband went through the drive-thru & told the person this. She said no, there's no script, sent him away. After 3 more rounds through the drive-thru, they finally figured it out that nobody listened to the message & got it ready. At least be honest & check with the Pharmacist. And they shorted me 1 Prednisone. 10 TABS, NOT HARD

Just absolutely no words at this point to describe how terrible this pharmacy is. It’s the night before a major holiday, your pharmacist calls in to the ONLY 24 hour pharmacy in a 20 mile radius and instead of finding coverage you close the pharmacy. How lovely that I am going without my medication because that kind of script does not qualify for a transfer?

The elderly tall grey haired guy with glasses who is a cashier always forgets to give change, it's getting ridiculous. He literally forgets even big bill bills change. I am not just talking about coins, over $50 even how do you forget that. Then when you tell him he says did I really, I need your receipt to check but never gave the receipt as it's still in his register. This has happened multiple times with him. Remove him from registering. He also says Merry Xmas to everyone every time, not everyone celebrates xmas. That is disrespectful. He needs to be cautious of ones religion, non religious views, not say that. Say seasons greetings or happy holidays.

what has happened to this pharmacy.....absolutely went from one of the best in customer service to absolutely the worst....not sure if it has to do with lack of good employees or change in their distribution methods for scripts corporatewide but it sure has destroyed what was once a great pharmacy location....will be making the switch to another today

They are not utilizing the IC3 (I see 3 people in line) code. Long wait at the register
