what has happened to this pharmacy.....absolutely went from one of the best in customer service to absolutely the worst....not sure if it has to do with lack of good employees or change in their distribution methods for scripts corporatewide but it sure has destroyed what was once a great pharmacy location....will be making the switch to another today

Perhaps the worst pharmacy I've encountered in my life. If you need to pick up a prescription-- plan on at least 30 minutes - whether you go drive-through or wait in line in the store. It's all equally bad. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, a process issue, or training issue. But frankly it doesn't matter. This place is terrible.And this isn't just a one time sample size. This is multiple visits at various times of the day.

Customer service really sucks here in the pharmacy. I will never use Walgreens for medicine. Pick n save is much better. Do you realize that if it wasn't for customers, you wouldn't be a company with a job? I didn't ask you to sign up to work for Walgreens. Do you believe in smiling? I just left the emergency room hospital and don't want to deal with a girl younger than me who acts like she doesn't want to be at work. The whole experience was absolutely horrible. I tried to update my information online and had to call a 1800 number instead of just being able to login and change my information. It's all complicated.I came here with my prescription and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting, the girl working the drive through was really unpleasant

Line for pharmacy is Insane. Not sure when is happening but have seen 4 people get out of line. Needs to be better staffed or have timer outside so people know to come back. 4 cars getting script shouldn't take 30 minutes.....

Terrible constantly. Doesn't know the rules of a functioning pharmacy. Don't use this place if you actually want to get your medication.

Every time I come here the pharmacy is super slow. Just waited 40 minutes to get help. Once I got help they couldn't find my prescription and proceeded to take another 10 minutes running around locating it.

The pharmacy line is always absurd. Today I waited in drive thru more ten 30 min. Inside didn't look much better. Which sucks when you just need your antibiotics.

Consistently the WORST pharmacy in West Bend. I had an urgent prescription sent in and some how the pharmacy never received it, even though the doctor's office had a receipt for the transfer. I am not the first this has happened to! I waited over 2 hours for my prescription! If they weren't the only 24 hour pharmacy I would not even bother!

I tried to fill a prescription for syringes yesterday. A year ago, I received a refill that said 18 on the outside, and inside the bag were 30 (I use these 2x per month). I called the store to tell them, and rightly, they said that they couldn't take them back...that I should keep them. Called yesterday for a refill, and I was told that they couldn't fill the scrip because I hadn't used it in over a year...the medicine that went into the syringes was filled every quarter during that year. The technician who answered the call was amazingly snippy when I pointed out that I could not be using the medicine without the syringes, and pulled massive attitude. Would help not at all towards getting a refill. Never had this from this store before. I will be pulling all prescriptions out and going to another pharmacy immediately after 20 years with this store. Go somewhere else and save yourself the poor service!

This is one of my go-to Walgreens locations. It's a bit out of my way as are my other two favorite stores but all three are worth the drive. This is a larger store and it's a jumpin' joint, it's always busy. (It's also a 24 hour store but I have no idea if it's busy at 4 AM, I never tried going there at that time.) There are lots of selections available for brand names, private label, and generics for OTC and even for 'scripts. There are also large selections of general merchandise, greeting cards, gift cards, and enough candy choices to keep every dentist in Washington County busy for years. There's something new here that I've never seen before. The cooler doors are not glass, they are large format LED screens that rotate displays, from advertising to contents of the cooler to showing what products are on the racks when you open the door. The products are animated and some dance to try to attract your attention. Yikes, what's next? On my last visit, I went to the pharmacy for an injection and to find an equivalent OTC product to one I bought in Alabama a year ago. The pharmacist dropped what he was doing and went out to the shelves to bring back the equivalent Walgreens product. Kudos to him because I am not a chemist and I can't make head nor tail of the ingredient lists on those boxes. My injection was prepared quickly although I had to wait for the RN because they were very busy with Covid19 vaccinations. (Mine wasn't Covid19, that's already been taken care of.) If you live in central Washington County, you can count on this Walgreens to take care of you - 24 hours a day.

Needed a prescription filled the other store kept screwing it up I called in the middle the night- she was happy to help, and she was able to have everything done within just a few minutes and was friendly and happy to oblige
