At the pilgrim store two cars in front of me one hour and thirty minutes later I’m finally getting in. The sign on there business states 15 min oil change b.s. they could not be slower if they tried. Last time I’m going here stay clear of this company.

I reached out to the manager of this store after I experienced a nightmare oil change at the Jackson branch in which they left my oil plug loosened and did not reattach the oil filter guard. Even after returning and having them fix their mistakes they insisted on everything was fixed and good to go. Even after leaving the car was not running properly. I brought it to the West Bend branch and had him look it over, where they found that the oil was filled more than double the maximum in my car. They properly corrected the mistakes of the other branch and reinspected to make sure there were no other issues. Overall very pleased with my West Bend branch experience and appreciate them taking the time with helping me through this.

Very inexperienced crew. Took 20 minutes to attempt to change a cabin filter. I ended up skipping it as they could not figure it out. Forgot to take it off my bill. Told me it would be $20 but tried to charge $30 for the filter. Charges two extra quarts of oil without asking and never asked what oil I wanted. The employees were very nice, just not competent. Was not my first visit, but it was my last.

Arrived and super friendly. Got pressures taken care of and under hood fluids checked and topped. Stated they couldn't get skid plate off because bolts were rusted and breaking. I said to break them, I'd take care of it. Then told me they couldn't get them off, and didn't want to cause more damage. Appreciated that. I went home and got the bolts loosened and off, and returned. Worked out a deal with me on my oil change since I had to leave and return. Good service. Nice people.

Ryan and Robert were so awesome they replaced my cabin filter for me knowing it has seen it’s days. They accommodated me even though I didn’t have enough and offered a coupon. They were very through and made sure nothing was wrong with my car before I left!

I have used them in the past and they were good, but this last visit cost me a lot of money. They forget to put the oil cap on and I was driving the car south. I can’t smell. It was until I got down around Memphis that I saw smoke coming from the hood. The oil caught fire. I opened the hood and saw the oil cap on the hood latch. Oil was everywhere. I had to replace hoses. I am lucky the engineer still runs. When I checked the oil actually in it. It was bone dry. I highly recommend not taking your car here. Since it’s hoses and oil is the only thing I am out, it’s not worth the hassle for asking for them to pay to replace anything, but rest assured, that this could have been a major problem especially since I was driving cross country.

Josh and Bryan were awesome at the WB location. The last oil change I had was out of state and a different oil filter cap was used and was stripped when put on. Josh and Bryan explained the situation said they’d do their best to get it off. After a few minutes they were able to get the stripped part off without cracking the housing.
They did great work!!
