It's a challenge to review Spectrum. Folks in the store seem to do what they can to help, but Spectrum's approaches, policies, and "solutions" are often poorly planned and executed. Recently had one of their Wi-Fi 6 routers that was covering my entire house extremely well. But when the router lost its 5GHz radio, Spectrum wouldn't/couldn't replace it with another Wi-Fi 6 router. After two tries with their 6e router as their only available replacement, I then chatted with online support and received assurance they could send a Wi-Fi 6 router to me. Then received my third 6e router instead. In the end, my only path forward with signal coverage for my whole house was to buy my own router this time and return theirs. Disappointing result with the equipment and their understanding/approach to my problem with the dramatic reduction in range for the 6e versus the 6. If you change, be forewarned. 6e routers have shorter range and minimal backward compatibility.
And now with my own router to solve that problem, I'm probably better off moving to AT&T Fiber for a faster Internet connection, including mirrored fast upload speeds as well.
Spectrum is just no longer the best at anything they do. Times are changing.

Just came in to pay my bill. Kiosk was down. Store employees tried for 20 minutes to sell me stuff I did not want. Never coming in this store again unless the kiosk is working

Went to check to see if my phone could be switched over to spectrum. It couldn't. The employee was not knowledgeable and had to keep asking other employee for help. I didn't switch my service.

These workers here always have a major attitude and never want to do their job always find an excuse to get you out of the store and on the phone with spectrum agents

I was extremely disappointed with my services. Nothing has been easy or explained well. Now I'm the one having to suffer from technicians idiocracies. Will probably leave.

Exchanged old phone and bought new phone. They transferred everything to my new phone and said it was all setup. After driving 25 minutes home I tried to make a call and found they never activated it.
