“Du Frane movers moved me from Milwaukee to Chicago. I had the best experience with them - they sent out an appraiser to my house who was courteous and honest, the movers kindly moved out of my 2nd floor into another 2nd floor speedily, they did not complain about stairs and made sure all my stuff was safe. Last year I was scammed by another interstate mover out of thousands of dollars in broken damage and my stuff was delivered two months late. Du Frane gave me the peace of mind during moving and this has honestly been my best moving experience ever. I wish to thank them, so I'm writing this review in hopes anyone else wondering will contact them immediately!”
“Amazing service via call & online! Penny is so kind, helpful & Awesome energy! She took the time to answer all my questions. Singing the lease online was so simple. In 20 mins, she helped me find a unit, explained everything to me & got the lease signed. I love the fact that it didn’t feel pushy or trying to upsell me on things I don’t need. She should be teaching customer service classes. ? I’m grateful that she made an unexpected, stressful situation so calm & easy for me! & HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can’t say it enough, amazing service!”
