I was helping my Grand Daughter buy her first car. Our Salesperson was Brandon Wilder. Brandon went above and beyond to show us vehicles, explained everything and was extremely courteous to us plus explained all that we needed to know through out the day. She walked away with a new car and we feel very fortunate to have Brandon with us on this journey. We will definitely send all friends to see him in the future.

Good service from Ethan when buying our car. Was disappointed however when we were told there were 2 key fobs for the car and ended up only having 1. I now have the hassle of buying another for close to $500.

I had three different appointments where I drove 25 minutes to my appointment to be told twice they ordered the incorrect part (needing the exact same part in both instances) and the third time was told the box labeled did not have the correct part needed to fix the recall for the ABS. The last appointment I dropped my car off right when they opened. Received a call at 4 and was told the incorrect part was in the box. They had to keep my car overnight and I asked if my car would be a top priority due to needing it and was told yes. Then was called around 11:30 it would take another couple of hours to bleed the brakes. I was not able to come get the car and the service team drove it out to my house the next morning.

Avoid at all cost! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership, check engine light came on as soon as we left the dealership. We immediately made them aware of the issues we were having. After we took the vehicle to a different dealer for a second opinion we discovered that Not only was the timing belt bad but also the transmission. Just received a call from the dealer today that since we did not purchase an extended warranty we will have to cover the cost of replacing the transmission. To my understanding dealerships have to make you aware of any known issues with the vehicle as part of the Wisconsin buyers guide. The transmission issues should have been addressed prior to them even putting the vehicle on the lot! Avoid this deal shop at all cost we gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this issue with us and make things right for us. We have had the vehicles for 8 of the 22 days our our possession since the purchase. Completely horrible dealership to work with. They obviously do not put vehicles though any kind of inspection and I should have known better.
