This is probably one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I will pick a different Russ Darrow dealership to take my vehicle to if I need warranty work done.

Some of the people here are very nice. Some are even helpful. That said, I wonder how they sell cars with the "Live Market pricing" which always seems to be quite high and to add insult to injury, if you look at a car on Monday the price may be higher on Tuesday. I find this very strange. One salesperson told me that they sell most of the used cars at a loss and make it up with volume. Is this really the business model they want me to believe they follow? Who would be that stupid?I made an offer on one car and the manager would not even reply to decline. Also, I think some of the vehicles have a coating applied as a dealer up charge. Not sure but I think it was Xzilon and it was applied to a truck in the show room at cost adder of about $3,500. What if I did not want that? Oh well ya gotta pad the bill somehow. Good luck if you try to shop here. I went somewhere else.

Worst service I ever had! Adam the general manager is a horrible manager who doesn't care about customer complaints. My vehicle went in for warranty work and they broke my door panel and told me it's $120 to replace. I refused to pay for something they broke and was told they would put the broken one back on. After 4 hour of sitting there, they brought my van back with a broken headlight seal and fluid in the headlight. The manager left instead on dealing with the issue and said he will call tomorrow. He called the next night after we contacted him and spoke to my husband. Adam refused to talk to the mechanic about this and refused to check security cameras. He made a comment to my husband saying he's a shitty husband to let his wife sit at a dealership for 4 hours. My husband told Adam he was at work, Adams response was yeah right, you probably don't have a job. Adam then said to my husband how it's funny that as soon as his wife noticed the headlight and fluid he was able to be at the dealership in 10 minutes. My husband was on his way home from work, in Milwaukee and when I called after noticing the headlight he came straight to the dealership instead of going home, since they already screwed us with breaking the door panel and trying to charge us for a new one. My husband kept telling him that he is the general manager and this is his job. The conversation ended with Adam saying he would not look into this situation and told us to take care, take care of our shitty van, and our shitty headlight!!!

If I could rate them 0 starts I would. I have had a nothing but horrible experience since I bought my truck from this dealership. They have done a terrible job of communication for any number of issues I had to deal with as it relates to my truck, but what is truly unacceptable is their glaring lack of accountability for things they have done wrong. I traded in a vehicle to them on a new Dodge Ram almost a year and a half ago, and since I traded in a vehicle that wasn't a truck I didn't think to take the plates off. I mean I was trading it to a dealership, surely they would have made sure to take the plates off before reselling my old vehicle wouldn't they? WRONG! All of a sudden over a year after I traded it in I started to get letters from the Illinois Tollway that my vehicle had been running tolls for months on end to the tune of $100's of dollars in fines. I called the dealership and was told that it "wasn't their problem." I had to walk through NUMEROUS hoops with the Illinois Tollway to get these tickets cleared from my name, by gathering all the paperwork and sending it showing that I no longer own this vehicle. This is still an ongoing issue that I am being forced to deal with due to their lack of standards in how they process used vehicles. I couldn't say a positive thing about my experience with this dealership if you paid me......
