Seems like every time I come here something isn't right. This time there's lines out the door and they have three checkouts that aren't in operation. Other time I've had issues with things that are marked down that really weren't marked off at the register. Bigger fan of Aldi as they'll actually staff the checkout line depending on if there's people waiting and no games on prices. Given it's a holiday weekend they should have anticipated the need for staff and at least have more registers open.

Went there today and got a couple bottles of soda and I had passed the deli to talk to an old friend from when I worked there just to get screamed at by a deli lead named Megan. Now last time I worked there it was against rule to scream at a customer and the assistant store manager was very dismissive about doing any thing about it.

What is going on with this locations inside? Absolutely ridiculous. They need to close down to do this stuff. We all can go on Washington Street location temporarily for this location to finish, move their mess. Frozen section you literally can't get to pizza there are blue containers stacked up against freezer. No little area to go in to grab even. Chicken area pallents, boxes same, little area to try, squeeze in, stocker said you can't do that those are there for a reason. I said there is no sign, why are these here, nobody can get any food items at all. He said he does not know he works on other aisle. I said can he grab them he said no, I asked can you please call a manager then, he said ok, never came back. Went up front, explained, she said sorry she does not know, just got there, no manager is answering as she tried to page, call one. Also other isles are blocked. They are moving , changing many isles also, it's a mess, everything is different. It's ridiculous. They need signs up to say can't get in or just close this store temporarily until they can fix everything, or whatever they are doing. Can't walk in many areas, tripping hazards from shelf's, containers, boxes, pallets tons. Waisted time couldn't get anything I needed. Smh.

Mold everywhere. Rebecca, the store manager, literally admitted to knowing of the mold. Not properly notifying the proper district managers, refused to give out district managers' corporate number. Gave me an indirect store complaint line. I WAS trying to find it on my own free time, trying not to bother customer service at the store about it. However I was kind enough to pay cash for my food items when forgetting my EBT card at home. They told me I could always bring my receipt back the next time I came in and return the items to pay with my card, so I didn't have to leave everything there! She did not honor this. Accused me of only complaining about the mold, because this was an issue for me that she refused to honor what was originally told by another service desk manager. Who also did this for me once before. Since I'm pregnant with a 2 year old, single mother who is disabled and often sick with 0 immune system, so it's hard for me to get out and about. So she said she wouldn't honor it since it wasn't the same day, and accused me on not having the funds, when I had already paid cash, and just wanted my cash back towards bills and school supplies for college! This is just unacceptable discrimination, and a woman covering up her mistakes! I'm sorry, but the mold is unacceptable! It was at least an entire CM thick! Then to say "we know, were deeply cleaning and taking care of the entire dairy department?!" ?!!!! WHY WAS YHE DISTRICT MANAGER NOT NOTIFIED TO SHUT THE SYORE DOWN FOR INSPECTION CLEANINGS!!!!! Definitely calling food inspectors office, as people during times lime these with novovirus, covid, people with no immune system to fight off the constantly evolving sicknesses, and diseases will kill us!!!! My life shouldn't be at risk from one person in charge having negligence!

Lately, last few months to be exact whomever the new Baker is for the donuts can you please check on them prior to placing them out. They are always hard now. Bottoms sometimes super hard, other times entire donut is hard besides inside. Sometimes they are even cold? Sometimes they are even soggy? Weird to have soggy, cold if you are preparing them. This location use to be awesome with donuts, loved their donuts for years. Now will be definitely driving to other side of town location as their's are never hard, or cold or soggy.

It's my favorite grocery store anywhere around the area! They also now have in stock Mt Dew newest hyped drink called Purple Thunder and they are 12 packs which also they have a great sale this weekend with buy 2 get 3 free so that breaks down to 19.98 for 5 - 12 packs of your choice! Cannot match that in my opinion!

Devin is a absolutely amazing cart pusher. Snow, rain, or fog he's always working hard to get carts in. Should absolutely get a raise and a position as a professional cart pusher.

The men's restroom is absolutely disgusting. I've been living in west bend for 5 years now and regularly shop here. The men's restroom is ALWAYS nasty. Opening the door it smells like urine! The floor is yellow! I'm starting to wonder if they clean the restroom with the same enthusiasm as the rest of the store ?. I never see any adults working up front. Any comments fall on deaf ears of children working part time.Don't be bitter. Be better!
