I always did my grocery shopping at Pick 'n Save, but now that it's owned by Kroger, a company that fired a Veteran for filming shoplifters. Kroger needs to apologize to everyone about what happened, and it is not looking like they are going to do that, so I will take my business elsewhere.foxnews.com/media/army-v…

Pick 'n Save used to be the crown jewel grocery store of West Bend. That is definitely no more. This Pick 'n Save has become the land of customer no service. They generally now only have one actual register open with a cashier. You can't get cash back on your debt card without paying a service fee. The lone cashier trying to watch the service desk and the self checkouts is frequently busy or nowhere to be found. The visit this evening that finally triggered a review was there were zero bags available at two of the self checkout registers. A third self checkout had bags strewn about it, trash on the floor and a basket just left from a previous customer.Come on Pick 'n Save, pull your head out of your you know where. When even Walmart offers better service than you, I'm finding fewer and fewer reasons to shop at your store.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with their costumer service, until today. My daughter has cellulitis/infection and I came in to pick up her antibiotics for it as well as her inhaler. My sister called me to see what the doctor said as I was walking up to the counter. There were two young employees working, Tyler and a blonde female of whom I didn’t see her badge close enough to catch her name. They each looked at me while casually talking to each other then went to their own computers.I stood at the counter while telling my sister I was picking up the antibiotics and what the doctor said. I said twice, that I was just waiting for one of the pharmacy techs/pharmacists to come to the counter and I assumed they were busy so I was standing there waiting. A few minutes go by and an older gentlemen comes to the counter behind me. The pharmacy employee (not sure if it was a tech or pharmacist) named Tyler came over with an attitude and stated, “can you move so we can take the guy behind you”? I looked at him in question, hung up the phone without saying bye and asked (with money in my hand) I’m sorry but I’ve been standing here for the past 10 minutes, why am I not being taken next? He replies with a cocky smirk, “well you were on the phone”. I apologized and said you could have came up and easily said hi, and I would have hung up, I was explaining what was going on and waiting for you to acknowledge me. He didn’t seem to care and coped an attitude even more with me. Completely disrespectful. I’ve never experienced that kind of disrespect from someone at this pharmacy. Many years ago I worked as a pharmacy tech prior to starting nursing and clinical research, and I have never treated a customer like that. Nor have I ever seen a coworker purposefully ignore someone because they walked up to the counter on the phone, explaining to a family member what’s going on with their child. Mind you, I’m also standing there with my two young children listening to his demeanor.I can only imagine the attitude Tyler brings to others. I’ll definitely stick to Walgreens from now on, or even Walmart after that.

Don't plan on getting any help checking out at this Pick N Save after 7:00 pm on a week night. Your only check out options is to Self Check out. They do not have any of the cash register lanes open. Not fun when you have a grocery cart full. POOR SERVICE.

Check out lines seem to be getting longer, managers don't seem to pay attention to this (or don't care). Just waited 20 minutes to get up to checkout

Not really impressed with this location. I requested that a prescription be filled at 2 p.m. This location closed at 8 that evening. I was told that they are really busy and could I pick it up the following day. Isnt this a pharmacy? You fill prescriptions all day, this is what you do. I thought that this was absolutely insane to ask a customer.

When i have a full cart of groceries i DO NOT want to have to use self check out! I avoid coming to this store because it takes me longer to check out then it does to shop. Also i get wanting to add new merchandise but the home goods section plopped right in the middle of the food doesnt make any sense. It makes the store feel very unorganized.

What happened to this store? it's garbage now. $6.99 for a regular Jared of peanut butter? are you kidding me right now? Same jar of PB down the street at Walmart $3.38! Never again will I step foot in a Pick N Save.

Worst service ever!!! Took 15 minutes to check out. They didn't bag half of the stuff that should have been. Everything fell out of the bottom of my cart damaging all of my bakery and milk
