Petco seems like a great place for dog grooming and simply purchasing what you need for your pets, but in terms of their aquatic department, it’s just reprehensible. When you ask to purchase something, they begin to interrogate you as if you aren’t suited to take care of what you’re trying to purchase. I’ve had this numerous times and never had it at other pet stores. Absolutely reprehensible. If this company wants to make any money, they need to stop doing this.

Go somewhere else. Product is expensive and they charge 10 cents a plastic bag as a company that has an annual revenue of 6.15 BILLION dollars. They don't need to be upcharging any more than what they are.

Tried to go for a nail trim which is usually walk in only here and were turned away because they are too busy. Bummer to bring my dog out and be told to come back in a couple hours…

They always seem to have whatever I'm looking for they have a large variety of foods and treats also things for many different kinds of pets. We have a dog but I noticed they have bird stuff, lizard food, ferret supplies although some parts of the store weren't well stocked like the shelves needed to be refilled

I have been going to the West bend store basically since they opened. Unfortunately, after today I think this is the last time I'll be able to patronize this store. My husband and we're looking around and shopping for dog food. As we were doing so we stopped by the ferret cage. It was absolutely DISGUSTING! I honestly couldn't believe how much urine and feces was was all over that entire cage. The poor things couldn't even walk anywhere in their 3 teir cage with out stepping in it. The blankets at the bottom looked like they hadn't been washed or changed out in days. There was so much build up of feces in the bottom litter box to the point it was literally dried on. I'm sorry but there is 0! excuses for that. Then we proceed to reptiles. Literally EVERY SINGLE WATER DISH WAS EMPTY! Every single one! And not just emp6but bone dry! How sad.... Lastly we we walked over to the hamsters and guinea pigs and one of the water bottles had algae built up in it. Again, there is no excuse for any of this. Especially when you have, I believe we counted at least 3-4 employees in the store working at that time on a Wednesday afternoon. I honestly felt terrible for every single animal in that store. Absolutely despicable and uncalled for... Be better... DO! BETTER!

Arrived at the store during open hours and no one is there or answering. We’ve had horrible customer service in the past and rarely shop here anymore, but now I’m especially upset considering I drove all the way over here from another city just to have no access to the store during business hours. Will not be returning.

Pet friengly shopping which nakes it a nice place to bring your dog. They have a big selection of everything you need, but it is not only full rerail price but worth checking the clearance racks. I saw a cute cat outfit for $1. Fun place!
