I walked in this afternoon to the Napa Auto Parts store in West Bend Wisconsin. There was a woman behind the counter sitting down with her face resting on her hand. She looked like she literally was going to fall asleep. As I approached the counter, she mumbled something. Yes, her face was still in her hand. I told her the year, make and model of my vehicle and I needed a serpentine belt and I was pleasant as always. She then asked me what year was the vehicle with as much enthusiasm as a carrot. I repeated myself. I need to say I am over half deaf and I speak loud and clearly. She then asked me what model it was. I told her "nevermind" and walked out since she was doing me a massive favor by waiting on me and I didn't want to tire her out more. I went down the street to Advance Auto Parts and bought my belt without a single issue.

The ONLY store that had what I needed. Everyone else wanted $54 for just the front plate of my water pump. Old 2000 mazda. Napa had the whole kit-n-kabbodle, (front plate and back housing) for $52. ??? can't beat it!!

Had a terrible experience with a driver on the road cutting me off and almost causing an accident. After I went around the driver they decided to start tailgating me and almost rear ended me. If these are the people who you want representing your brand then I will take my business elsewhere and will be telling others to do the same.

If you’re going to have a mask policy sign at the entrance of your store, why is it that the employee inside is not wearing a mask? I really don’t care if he wears a mask, but don’t make people entering the store go out of their way to mask up, if the policy isn’t even followed by the employee behind the counter. The store has never really impressed me,.
