My Honda pilot serviced, to go over everything top to bottom. I also had a coupon which was cool. They always run it through the car wash which is a additional savings. Emily was great.

Everything was really great basically. But I asked for a loaner and was told I was going to have a loaner. When I Got there the first thing was she told me my appointment was at 830. My email said 7:30am, and they had no car for me. She said she tried calling me once with no voice mail left. Said was unable to leave one. Just called once. She did talk to technician that he could start my car earlier. I was going to have to sit there for 3 1/2 hours decided to see if I could get a ride home. Which a very nice gentleman drove me home. I was able to get ride back. And they were able to start my car earlier. Done a 10am.This was for a recall for my car.

Emile did a good job of taking care of us. The work was not however completed in a timely fashion… it would have been helpful if they had told us that it would take over a week to complete the repair when we made the appointment. I’m hoping that the problem is solved, if not I trust that they will remedy it.Services: Auto A/C recharge

After pulling in to drop off my car, I handed a serviceman my car keys and proceeded inside to check in. Once in I stood in front of the desk where a gentleman was sitting and was not greeted or acknowledged. After a few min of standing in the gentleman’s face, I finally asked was he going to assist. He looked at me with confusion and was no help. The servicemen walked inside finally and asked what was going on, after I explained he was rude and blew me off. After my vehicle was serviced, no one went over the inspection findings with me. I will not be coming back here to get my vehicle servicedServices: Tire rotations

Shopping at Morries is a real dream, clean, neat, extremely friendly and helpful staff and Alex really took care of my car the service writer I cannot remember his name was also very knowledgeable. He helped me a lot hats off to not only a great car but also a Great dealership. I bought 13 Hyundai’s in a row every two years apart This is my first Honda the CRV that I purchased from Dan Ayolla is one of the best vehicles I have ever had great job and thank you very much Richard R Kraemer

Had a scheduled appointment for what should have been a minor repair.Received at least 8-10 reminder texts and emails.Showed up for the appointment and was told that the needed part was unavailable and had a 2-3 week backorder.Not sure why I kept getting reminders when they couldn't get the part?

We googled an Honda service near me and chose Morrie's West Bend for its good reviews. We are about 40 minutes away from this location and I am glad we chose them, quick friendly service. I will recommend this shop to all my family and friends. It was worth the drive!

Was very pleased with Emile. Helpful,kind& understanding.Upset with last visit due to battery issues. Service coverage. Info was on paper, didn't notice on video. Sent me home without mentioning issue of positive post corrosion. Now I'm left to figure out for myself. I drive 45 minutes to get service,so should have mentioned issue. I did call back but didn't get answers to questions about red cap, why only on positive, low battery power of 410.Corrosion is very important to get rid of..Simple issue should have been dealt with.I'll figure out to deal.Services: General repairs & maintenance
