First time in a Merle Norman store and I couldn't be happier when I found the perfect eyebrow pencil! Was able to try it on before purchasing which was great. Will be back soon.

Vicky is very friendly and accommodating. Love that she’s willing to mail items to my home. I’ve bought purses as well as lipstick.
