Shawna and Peter were a hoot! They helped us quickly and were so friendly the whole time we shopped. We got a great mattress on sale (got almost 75% off the mattress and two pillows!) We are so glad we came to Matress Firm, and wish we would have come to them sooner.

Shauna was awesome. Gave no pressure to purchase anything. She was very knowledgeable about the products in store. Not completely happy with my purchase because the mattress I purchased does not feel the same as the one I tried out in the store but, overall the customer service was exceptional!
