My wife and I just purchased a new Lincoln from this dealership. Extremely pleasant experience. The sales staff was very accommodating and management was flexible on making a deal that worked for all of us. We were very happy with the dealership and had absolutely zero buyers regret. Strongly recommend this dealership to any shopper. Huge selection of upper end Ford trucks, muscle cars and Lincoln's.

Friendly and the best talented mechanics and pr people. Ashley was knowledgeable and kept my oil change needs as forefront and done timely. She reviewed what was done and ready to answer any questions I might have had. This is a new car for me and I will continue to schedule the oil changes..free tire rotations..and complimentary car wash at Gordie Bouche. The cost for the oil change was less than the competition. I bought this car from Gordie Bouche and feel they have my best interest at heart afterall it feels like it is one of their own. My wait for the oil change was wonderful in their waiting room that was warm, with hot or cold drinks, snacks and fresh sweet rolls, if I wanted, and television . It was very relaxing and so peaceful and pleasant. Thank you!

When I ordered my Ford Maverick I worked with Stephanie. She consistently reached out and kept me informed of the progress on my new truck. She even connected me to another associate when she not available. The process was so simple! I was a little disappointed with the financial arrangements as I ended up with a much higher interest rate than I had with my own loan arrangements. They assured me I could get the same or a better rate, but I ended up with a rate 1.1% Higher! That was the only disappointment on the entire process. I drove over an hour to work with Gordie Boucher, and it was worth the drive!

John treated me in a very professional manner. I got what I went in for. I had to get the manual code on my door so I could get in without my keys. He explained the process to me. He showed me how to do it in a simple way. He didn't talk above my head. If I need help again, I hope I get him.
