“I can't say enough great things about BoxDrop. We were hemming and hawing for months about buying a new, king-sized bed because we were afraid we'd end up spending a small fortune on it but really needed one. BoxDrop came onto our radar from a family recommendation and I couldn't be happier that it did. Not once did we feel the ever too common annoyance from pushy salesfolk. In fact it was quite the opposite; the perfect combination of helpful suggestions, support, and "I'll leave you alone so you can decide". We were in and out in 30 minutes and got an amazing deal that we felt really grateful for. We've officially had the bed for a week and I haven't slept this well in years. We will absolutely be coming back for any additional bed, mattress, sectional, etc. needs!”
“We stop here every 2-3 months as they always have something new on consignment. Fun place to go. The owner is super nice. We purchased a cabinet there recently and when I went to pay found out there was a 3.5% charge for credit cards. Completely get that for a small business, but I wasn't thrilled about paying it (who carries cash anymore?).The owner said "You can just mail me a check if you like". Note she did not know me really other than perhaps seeing me in the store from time to time. Did not know my name. Instead I offered to drop a check off later, which I did.In my opinion, customer service is what keeps me coming back to any place, regardless if it's a restaurant or any other type of business. Her trust in me to come back with the payment is great customer service. We will continue to return.”
