I was getting a pelvic exam done and right after my Dr left, another staff member walked in while I was naked and changing. Literally terrifying lol, didn't knock or anything. I've also been "forgotten" in the Drs office before for almost an hour. This stuff happens sometimes, but it makes me feel uncomfortable for sure. On the bright side, my care team is pretty cool.

If I could give Froedtert ER/West Bend zero stars, I would. The staff here is negligent and incompetent. As a medical professional, I am shocked by what I witnessed as a patient at this facility. I have never dealt with so much incompetence and disregard for human life. Froedtert West Bend does not care if patients live or die or how badly they suffer in the meantime. Just one example of the negligence/ incompetence: taking objective data (ie. lab results) and subjectively deciding (for fun, I guess) that this data is wrong. Another example: drawing a BMP from an IV that is delivering electrolytes- without waiting any length of time before doing so after the IV is discontinued. Here is an example of absolute stupidity: a doctor believing that a diabetic can suffer from high blood glucose because said diabetic urinated out all of his/ her basal insulin due to frequent urination. The best: Froedtert staff actually told my husband that we could sue them should I get sicker as a result of their negligence. That’s how much they care; they’d rather do nothing and get sued than act in a responsible, ethical fashion. Oh, and the staff refused to give names so that I could write a complete complaint to an ombudsman. This, in and of itself is reason enough to stay away. It’s shady, unethical, and unprofessional.

I have always been treated with respect and attention when using Froedtert Health Care Clinic. My experience has been with x-rays, labs and dermatology. When having a UTI, I have been able to access the lab almost immediately when arriving.You are able to schedule a walkin visit when needed with a short wait.For those looking for a dermatologist, you may need to go to Mequon if you want an immediate appointment, as West Bend is quite busy.

If you want Covid or other viral illness, this is your place. Froedtert WB policy re: Covid precautions seems optional. Some (not all) nursing staff chose to have prolonged unmasked close contact on the unit with Covid positive patients. They then moved unmasked to have contact with other compromised patients..Rude ER doctor did not listen to pertinent historyand did not disclose important information regarding admit status.If our family needs medical care in the future, we will go to Aurora.

Don't even try the emergency department unless you're near death, they'll have you sitting in the waiting until you give up and leave (for me, it was 3 1/2 hours). They said they are taking life threatening cases first, obviously, but a kid with a broken foot walked in and went straight back...but my kid who's hacking and having a hard time breathing is just sitting there...thanks guys!!

My parents stopped down in the radiology department to ask a question. The person that they asked rudely said, "I don't have time for that, go ask them". If it wasn't for the fact my parents have seen the same doctor for years I would have them switch. Horrible customer service in the xray department.
