Went inside to go to the handy grab & go snack area for a starbucks can. I love how it is right in front of the store. I don't have any complaints, the bathrooms look very clean and modern which is amazing. Store is kept very clean with an amazing layout.

Completely rude and snotty woman working the 'customer service' desk - didn't want to do her job and accept a return. If you don't want to do your job, find a different one!

Awful! Awful! Awful! Pay more and shop somewhere else! Rude staff....waited 30+ minutes at pick up (phone line does not work to help answer calls) and they would not allow us in store to just pick up our items. Ridiculous!!! Negative stars if I could!!

I'm centrally located between 4 Walmarts, so I combine errands and stop at the one closest to my destination to pick up groceries. I don't have Particularly expectations for any Walmart, but this place is the WORST! Drastically understaffed, and assuming you can track down an employee, they generally can't help you. And don't get me started on the cashiers...all 3 of them; despite the line of 4 to 5 customers in line waiting to check out. If I have a few items, I'm happy to use the self checkout, but when I have a cart full of groceries, I don't think having a cashier that is friendly, efficient and doesn't come across as coming into work after a 3 day bender is too much to ask for I will never again stop at this location unfortunately, Yelp is telling me I need to select a star rating. Since I cannot give them zero stars, assume my rating is a negative 1

Very disorganized and messy. Every isle was cluttered with things out of place or not in stock. Multiple boxes were left empty and thrown off to the side. Pallets blocking the whole isle while people had to go around just to shop. Surprisingly found everything that was needed but found a better selection at the Hartford, WI Wal-Mart.

I do not live this area but my family does so I frequently shop here. I have NO problem with the store in general but their safety policy is terrible. I live in Milwaukee and stopped in the West Bend store while in the area. The cart had been sanitized so I did not have to do it. Walked down the first isle and there was a lady (mid 40's??) without any sign of a mask. The next isle, a couple (20"s) no mask. I asked my sister whom I was shopping with if West Bend had a mask rule. She said "of course". After that it became a game to spot people without masks. We could believe how many people were not wearing masks. Not just pulled down to their chin (there were a few) but totally no sign of a mask. NO ONE said anything to them. This will be my last time at this Walmart until after Covid. I should mention I did try calling the manager twice. After being put on hold for 20 minutes and then being cut off I totally gave up. Shame on you, no wonder the US has the highest counts.

I have no complaints about this Walmart shopping experience,but it was very empty in the pharmacy dept. I'm just going to say this is why you need to clean the handles on the carts. I grabbed one and it was STICKY.I used the wipes and this came off of the handle. Wished they still cleaned the carts.

So I was checking out with my wife, two year old, and five year old today. It's been about two weeks since my grandfather died of Covid, so we wear masks. We don't particular care if others do; it's simply our choice. While in line, the yellow vest thought it'd be neat to make fun of us for it. Without saying a word, we moved to another line while he , still laughing with the other customer said, "Good. I didn't want to help them anyway." Stay classy West Bend Walmart. Stay classy.

I'm so upset right now I could spit nails. This store has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Two days ago I bought 2 bags of the brand of salad mix that has been on the news for having e-coli contamination. I called this store to see if the salad mix I bought was among those that were contaminated. I called over and over and over and over and only was able to get the switchboard who would transfer me to either the grocery department or the manager of the store. At NO time did anyone else ever pick up. I either have to drive to Walmart and spend in gas an amount probably equal to the cost of the salad or throw the salad out. That's what you get from Walmart these days. I'm so disgusted by this lack of service. Their service doesn't deserve a "1" rating! Barb K.
