For some reason, it was a difficult process to change over our phones from a different mobile company.
But Sean was very patient as he processed all the "paperwork" & worked his technological magic

UPS lost my new phone that I had shipped. The team at this store was absolutely amazing making 100’s of phone calls on my behalf to get me a new phone. There were multiple people that helped me but Sean Littlefield definitely dealt with the headache the most. I am super grateful for all his help.

Horrible customer service, I needed help activating my new phone and to switch phones around on my account.Dougs exact words “ you expect me to do all this work for you to make no money” I was wasting his time. Will never go back to this store.

My daughter & I went in together to update our phones. Sean was amazing & very patient! Such an easy experience & he explained everything, so it went very quickly.

I recently purchased the new Samsung phone. Being older, I sometimes have difficulty with technology. After leaving the store, I was having problems with setup. I called the store and Devan had me come back and he completed the setup. The next day, I was trying to pair my phone with my car stereo. I could pair, but I couldn't connect. I went back to the store and Devan was able to pair and connect. He is kind, patient and understanding. I can't day enough good about him. If you're old like me, I highly recommend him to help you out.

Sean and Devon were helpful, but the other guy wasn't very helpful and acted like I was bothering him or that he just didn't want to help me with my phone. When he first initially tried to help, he just acted like I was supposed to know everything and flat out just didn't want to help me. He actually left me hanging and helped another guy and passed me onto Sean. Sean was very patient and helped me. Took 2 hours and 20 minutes, but he helped me.
