We traded in our old phones for the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Sean, who waited on us was extremely helpful and made the process enjoyable.

For some reason, it was a difficult process to change over our phones from a different mobile company. But Sean was very patient as he processed all the "paperwork" & worked his technological magic of transferring companies and getting our 2 new phones all set up & ready to go. Thanks, Sean!

UPS lost my new phone that I had shipped. The team at this store was absolutely amazing making 100’s of phone calls on my behalf to get me a new phone. There were multiple people that helped me but Sean Littlefield definitely dealt with the headache the most. I am super grateful for all his help.
