What a great place to shop and find quality furniture with great prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Just remember they only take cash or check and have no delivery. Go check it out and find a great deal!

Purchased a couch 2 years ago. Had issue with switch and cup holders. They looked up , got warranty coverage, I replaced the parts and my motors and led lights all operational. They have always been polite and helpful. I have purchased 2 couches, sofa and rocker. Prices are better than box stores. Service sells. I have purchased from big box store, had warranty on a chair and never got resolved . I ended up calling mfg and got it within a 5 minute call. This store resolved all my issues in a 5 minute call. Happy wife now means happy life...To all, they are worth the drive and will treat you with dignity.

LOVE this place! My husband and I bought a new home and need to furnish the whole thing. (Big project) The Cash N Carry team made it super easy and were very helpful in picking out our style! We get SO many compliments on our furniture from comfort to style! Highly recommend!!?

We purchased a couch and love seat 2 years ago. The couch’s cushions are sagging. The zipper on the love seat cushions broke and stuffing is coming out. Our home consists of my husband and myself who are not rough on furniture. Furniture looks good but cheaply made. Would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company!!!

Mostly all Ashley furniture and they don't have delivery. It's a good place to actually see the furniture in person and then order from an online retailer that is less expensive and offers free delivery

The Worst customer service in the history of furniture stores. This place would benefit from installing a self check out and paying one security worker to prevent theft since they only take cash and don't deliver the furniture, or seem to know how to make a sale, there is no point to employees especially as horrible as Cathy. She should be let go and actually cost this company money, and gives it a awful reputation. After looking at furniture I left and on the way out Cathy gave me a card (useless because you cant call into the store to pay, and have to come in for any transaction, so unless your wanting to call to talk to the rudest furniture wench with bad teeth and even worse attitude what's the point in the card...) I returned with cash after going to the bank across town, while checking out I was $4 dollars short due to tax on a large purchase. Instead of making a sale this lady tells me to go to fleet farm and buy a pack of gum and get cash back...........I nicely asked to talk to someone in charge and was told No............. I was told she cant change the price and wont, and she was NOT willing to let me speak to anyone who could. Cathy is a tall lady with black hair and a piss poor attitude who couldn't make a sale if a bag of money was thrown at her. She told me again to go across the street, and she laughed at me from across the counter, she couldn't have been more rude, and disrespectful. I didn't purchase the furniture and ended up walking out because I cant justify giving a penny of my money to someone so awful. If there would have been another sales person working I might have went and got the $4 bucks. Save your money and your patience and go somewhere else. If you like being treated like dirt then this is the place to shop and make sure to ask for Cathy.
